The Rising Sun Continuing on with the story now, they have found out more about how the japanese companies are working. The body was now examined and more things were found out. DNA from the body revealed the the person who had killed her was indeed Japanese. THis narrowed down the group of people that they were looking at and considering. They also were able to finally get footage from the building from the floor where the murder had taken place. But they did find out that these tapes were indeed copies and not originals. After looking through the footage thoroughly they found out who the killer was, Eddie Sakamura. Through different camera angles they were able to see his face clearly. But when they finally went to his house to arrest him it led to a car chase where Eddie Sakamura crashed his ferrari and killed himself. At first they thought that this was all over but they have been continuing to look into the case. A character that I would interact with is John Connor. John Connor seems like a very interesting person with a lot of knowledge. It seems like a great mentor because of all his experience as a police officer. I think it would interesting to be part of this story and also very adrenaline rushing. Lots of things that are very exciting. I believe I would get along with John Connor. He seems like a super interesting person that would be very interesting to get along with due to all his experiences and knowledge about japanese and this case. The way he is portrayed in this story he seems like a person that would be a really good mentor. I think I would struggle to get along with Graham. Graham is one of the chiefs in the police department who has been calling them and telling them what to do. His attitude is very demanding and I feel like I would get angry with him very quickly. His attitude is one that I would not like.

The Rising SunThey have now gone to investigate the recordings of cameras in the floors of most interest. The floor of the party and the floor of the murder. When they reach the security office, the tapes are clear, which means that they were taken or possibly the recordings were erased. After talking about this, they decided to investigate with the news stations to see if they captured footage of the victim before entering the party to see if she talked to anybody. After reviewing tapes they find out that she talked to one man which Connor has run into, Eddie Sakamura. They look for him at a restaurant that he is co owner of to find out that he is at a party in the hills. They go to this house to see if they are able to find him, which they do after a very minor struggle with some guards. Sakamura is surprised to see Connor again but after a long talk, Connor decides to not take Sakamura due to some previous encounters and his sixth sense. The most important relationship in this book is between Peter Smith and John Connor. The relationship between the two is a very respected relationship with wonderings about each other. Connor is an older and more experienced while Smith is younger and more experienced. Smith almost has an admiration because of Connors record he has when he was a cop, but as the story has been continuing they continue to learn and understand things about each other. John Connor is very experienced with the Japanese after living in Japan. This really helps them both to get an insight on the Japanese and the way they are thinking. I think them becoming more comfortable with each other is really allowing both of them to open up an share more of their ideas to each other, allowing them to get farther in the case.
